With a vision for building something meaningful, I strive to create a space where people looking to take control of their bodies and lives are given the tools to be successful.
With half a decade of experience instructing in Mat and Reformer Pilates, and over a decade of experience of personal practice, the method of Pilates as a tool to aid in my day to day life became apparent. I have seen with my own clients how a personalized approach and diversity of movement can benefit their needs, and build a happier, stronger, more mobile body. In my years of personal and group training, I’ve learned to be able to quickly mark the body’s alignment and engagement and use this as a tool to help make adjustments for a more efficient and stable alignment in the body.
I began my teaching journey with Yoga, then moved into Pilates and strength training as I found this to be more beneficial as someone with HSD (Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder). As such, I have sought to learn about this condition and how to manage hypermobility while still enjoying many diverse hobbies and activities.
